Our core philosophy behind Cascade Train Teach Learn is to deliver professional development programmes addressing language, literacy and learning across the school curriculum and workplace As English Language Learning Specialists, we believe in using the explicit pedagogy of teaching which ensures that all learners, native and non-native speakers of English, are able to access the language schools and at the workplace, for success.

Some of our  programmes for corporates are Business English and Communication, Presentation skills, Report and Proposal Writing, and professional examination preparation.

As educators, we have been involved in curriculum development and have worked with educational academies such as Hang Seng Management University, Open University Hong Kong, British Council, and corporates such as Schneider Electric Batam, Mitsubishi Electric Hong Kong and Ocorian Hong Kong.
