I empower youth to achieve specific goals whilst working alongside with their parents and teachers. With one-to-one customized support , I facilitate thinking and exploring strategies that help them go beyond their limiting beliefs and paradigms.  Some of the tools I use are storytelling, inquiry and mindfulness. I work with issues concerning confidence, self-esteem, organization, time management, relationships and more. With 20 years of international school teaching experience, I put my heart in my work.  I am a strong believer in going step by step to make sustainable progress.
